I’m Adhyayan Sahay — a food stylist with formal culinary training, working across tabletop food visuals, motion, and production-led shoots.

Over the last 5+ years, I’ve styled and led 180+ shoots across hospitality and FMCG, working closely with photographers, directors, and production teams across India.

 

My work sits at the intersection of food styling, visual direction, and execution, especially for motion-led content where food needs to perform consistently on camera - not just look good in stills.

 

Alongside commercial work, I design and teach focused food styling courses and workshops built around real-set thinking. These are created for food stylists, photographers, and brands who want clarity in how food is planned, styled, and shown on screen.
